Every suite is created from scratch for your event. We do not use templates. Your vision — names, dates, venue, colour palette, tone of voice — shapes every design decision. No two suites are identical.
That’s exactly what we’re here for. Share what you know — the occasion, the venue, a colour you love, a feeling you want guests to have — and we’ll shape the rest. Most clients arrive with a direction, not a plan. Our designers are trained to build a full creative concept from very little.
Choose your suite and complete your purchase — within minutes, you’ll receive an email with your personal access code and a direct link to your private client portal. There, you submit your vision briefing: the names being celebrated, your date and venue, the colours and feeling you want, and anything that inspires you. Your designer begins within 24 hours and presents two creative directions within 48 hours. You choose the one that feels right, and we craft every piece of your suite in that direction. As pieces arrive in your portal, you approve what’s ready and request changes on what isn’t — with two revision rounds per piece. Once everything is approved, your final files are delivered: ready to share, send, and print.
Your vision briefing is completed inside your portal after purchase. It walks you through everything gently: who the celebration is for, the date and venue, colours that speak to you, the feeling you want to evoke, the typography style that feels like you, the language of your materials, and — if you have them — menu details and images from your world. Only the essentials are required; everything else can be a few words or skipped entirely. No mood board needed — even a feeling is enough to start.
Your designer begins within 24 hours of receiving your completed vision. Right after payment, you’ll receive an email with your personal access code and a direct link to your private portal — use it to log in and complete your vision briefing.
If your event is within the week, reach out before purchasing and we’ll confirm availability. Rush timelines are handled case by case — we’ll always be honest about what’s possible.
After your first draft is delivered in your client portal, you can review each piece and either approve or request changes. Revisions are submitted directly in the portal — and you have two revisions per design piece.
You can upgrade to a higher plan directly in your client portal to unlock more designs.
We deliver print-ready files — 300 dpi, with bleed marks and crop guides — formatted to standard print dimensions. Printing is arranged by you, through your preferred local printer or online service.
Because all work is bespoke and begins immediately after your vision is submitted, we do not offer refunds once design work has started. If you need to delay or pause your project, contact us — we’ll always work with you to find the best solution.

La Maison de Fêtes ("we", "us") provides bespoke event stationery and design services at lamaisondefetes.com.
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, event details, and payment information submitted through our forms and client portal. We also collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, session identifiers) to improve our service.
Your information is used solely to fulfil your design project, communicate with you about your order, and process payments securely via Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use session storage to maintain your browsing session and measure site performance. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You may decline non-essential storage via the cookie banner.
Project data is retained for up to 3 years to support revisions and re-orders. You may request deletion at any time by writing to hello@lamaisondefetes.com.
Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Contact us at hello@lamaisondefetes.com with any requests.

La Maison de Fêtes provides bespoke digital event stationery and design. All work is created specifically for your event from your submitted vision brief. No templates are used.
Full payment is required before design work begins. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
Timelines stated on the website (including "48-hour first concept" and "3–5 day delivery") are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines begin upon receipt of a completed vision brief. La Maison de Fêtes is not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete vision submission, client unresponsiveness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All design files are delivered digitally via your client portal as downloadable files and shareable links. Print-ready files are included where stated in your plan. La Maison de Fêtes does not handle printing; we are not responsible for colour accuracy or quality of any third-party print service.
Each suite includes the number of revision rounds stated at purchase. Additional rounds may be purchased. Revisions must be submitted within 30 days of first delivery. A revision is defined as a single round of consolidated written feedback per design piece; each new submission of feedback constitutes one revision round. Once all included revision rounds have been used, or if no feedback is received within the 30-day window, the designs are considered approved and final files are released.
Rush timelines are available on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed by written agreement before purchase. La Maison de Fêtes is not liable for delays on rush orders caused by late or incomplete vision submission, client unresponsiveness, or factors outside our reasonable control.
Because all work is bespoke and begins immediately upon receipt of your vision, we do not offer refunds once design work has commenced. If you need to delay or cancel prior to vision submission, please contact us — we will work with you to find the best resolution.
If no vision brief is submitted within 90 days of purchase, or if no client response is received for 60 consecutive days during an active project, the project may be closed without refund. We will make at least two contact attempts via the email address provided at purchase, sent no less than 14 days apart, before closing a project.
By submitting your vision brief, you confirm that you have the right to share any content, references, or materials provided, and you grant La Maison de Fêtes a limited licence to use that content solely to produce your designs. You are responsible for ensuring that any names, logos, images, or other materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold La Maison de Fêtes harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from content you submitted.
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-transferable licence to use all delivered files for the single event named in your vision brief. This licence is for personal use only and may not be sublicensed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written agreement. La Maison de Fêtes retains ownership of all creative work and source files. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and on social media after your event date has passed, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your event.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our designs, printing outcomes, or any third-party services.
If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@lamaisondefetes.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved by email within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any legal action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and La Maison de Fêtes and supersede any prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will note the revision date above. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
